Born and raised in the Pacific North West and surrounded by some of the world's most gorgeous forests, The Burbidge family's passion for timber runs deep.

Our founder was always drawn to the craftsmanship of old custom timberwork as he watched its methods and quality fade away from the world. He saw fewer mortise & tenon joints and fewer and fewer professionals could hand plane a piece into finish.

He learned the old school art of timber framing and he turned that passion into a professional trade 17 years ago. We have been perfecting it ever since.
Over the years Burbidge Brothers Construction or Burbidge Custom Timbers has found its niche in custom timber work.
We specialize in decorative trusses, pergolas, gazebos, custom mantels, construction of custom decks, outdoor stair cases and children's play-sets (swing sets and play houses).
We have been lucky to work with numerous residential and commercial clients through amazing transformations.
With a passionate leader at the helm, Burbidge Brothers Construction and Burbidge Custom Timbers are always heading onward and are constantly engaged in finding more efficient ways to construct quality work for your project, big or small.
